Forty-six terabytes of NVMe storage, a 3,000-watt power supply and an RTX 5090 establish immediately that practicality has little to do with this project. The build embraces excess as entertainment, pairing a Ryzen 9 9950X3D with an elaborate collection of ROG anniversary hardware and repeatedly searching for another component to maximize. That premise gives the assembly a clear identity: the appeal lies less in discovering sensible PC-building advice than in seeing just how far a coordinated flagship system can be pushed.

The hardware itself supplies plenty of spectacle. The limited-edition motherboard, enormous AIO assembly, convertible open-air case and gold-accented power supply create a visually cohesive centerpiece, while details such as the removable case stands, concealed cabling and wireless-looking fan connections receive useful attention. The presenter is also willing to criticize the expensive ecosystem rather than treating it purely as an advertisement, questioning the motherboard-and-cooler pricing, lamenting that decorative cable combs become hidden and pointing out that the anniversary motherboard cannot use the GPU's additional BTF power connection.

Building unfamiliar hardware without fully studying the instructions makes the process entertainingly unpredictable, but it also turns much of the middle stretch into trial and error. The radiator bracket has to be reconsidered, covers repeatedly come off, mounting orientations are tested and abandoned, and the GPU installation reveals conflicts that could have been anticipated with more preparation. The presenter recognizes this openly and even frames the mistakes as examples of what future builders should avoid. That candor makes the troubleshooting informative, although a more systematic approach would have delivered the same practical lessons with less repetition.

The most significant complication is the AIO display cover, which refuses to seat correctly and leaves the intended screen unusable. Rather than hiding the problem for the final reveal, the build documents repeated attempts to mount it and reports that communication with Asus identified the cover as defective, with a replacement being sent. That failure undercuts the visual payoff but also provides one of the more useful parts of the presentation: extremely expensive showcase hardware can still arrive with problems, and the finished build is presented with that limitation plainly visible.

Component selection is sometimes driven almost entirely by spectacle. The storage sequence is a particularly amusing example, escalating through multiple 8TB drives and additional modules until the system reaches 46TB simply because available slots invite filling. Similarly, 3,000 watts of power capacity is presented as intentionally excessive rather than something justified by the system's demonstrated requirements. The joking conversation between the two builders keeps these passages lively, though recurring remarks about price, unnecessary capacity and breaking costly parts eventually become repetitive.

The concluding Cyberpunk 2077 test finally shifts attention from appearance to measurable behavior. At 4K with maximum settings and no upscaling, the system is shown running at more than 100 frames per second while the GPU approaches 600 watts, with reported temperatures around 68°C for the GPU and 67°C for the CPU. The presenter suggests the anniversary GPU appears faster than a previously tested 5090 configuration, but the brief comparison does not establish a controlled benchmark, so the claim is best treated as an observation rather than firm evidence of the card's performance advantage. More extensive testing would have better justified a build whose hardware extravagance is otherwise documented in remarkable detail.
